Selection Procedure Followed

 First of all ,a School Principal and staff of a school be contacted. A few promising and needy students be picked up (i) As advised by the Principal and (ii)the teachers  and then  follow the following:-

 CONTACT THE CHILDREN WHEN YOU GET TIME

MOTIVATE them TO PERFORM BETTER

MAKE SOME GIFT, PRESENT, AWARD AND PRIZE to THEM

This is all for a good start and getting results

It will start changing their lives

And if possible then follow the following:-

  Class-wise test 

  Group discussion , AND

  Interveiw

1. Meeting their parents at home
2. Listing those successfull
3. Distribution of Scholorship
4. Motivational discussions
5. Arranging regular meeting with consellors
6. Hearing the students for their problems and shorting out
7. Providing books other than textbooks
8. Encouraging extra curricular activities
9. Honouring students who come up to  expectation
10. Encouraging, motivating all of them
11. Organising programmes relating to moral values
12. Holding discussions to inculcate Authorship, Debate etc.

 This all goes in a very informal way. But to keep track, all related material and documents with a file is may be given to the student under his control and custody.
